The CDC and USCIS have guidelines & requirements for any non-citizens who wish to file an adjustment of status. Our civil surgeon will conduct a detailed & thorough examination on the applicant and inform him\her of the required steps to meet those requirements.

The second part of the examination's requirements is laboratory testing for infectious diseases as outlined by the CDC. Those tests may include  Syphilis, and Tuberculosis. Some patients may require additional testing such as Chickenpox immunity, etc

The third part of  CDC & USCIS requirements, the civil surgeon will go into detail into the immunization /vaccination records/history based for your age, and medical conditions; the civil surgeon will explain in detail which immunizations or vaccines are required to fulfill the CDC & USCIS's requirements.  Waivers are available for certain conditions such as pregnancy  etc,

Finally, Our office will work diligently to complete your forms as soon as possible. This process normally takes 2-4 business days. After the paperwork passed multiple quality assurance revisions; we will give you a SEALED envelope of the forms along with a copy of your test results.
