Our Specialized Services

• Physical exam: A USCIS-approved civil surgeon completes a full medical I-693 evaluation for permanent residency green card applicants.
• Purpose: Ensures compliance with CDC and USCIS immigration health requirements.
• Lab testing: Screening for infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and certain sexually transmitted diseases.
• Additional tests: May include immunity titers for conditions like MMR, chickenpox, and hepatitis B if needed.
• Immunizations: Vaccination records are reviewed and updated based on age and medical history; waivers may apply in certain cases.
• I-693 completion: Forms are finalized in 2–4 business days and provided in a sealed envelope with results for USCIS submission.

Primary Care &Â Internal Medicine
• We provide comprehensive Internal Medicine and Primary Care for patients of all ages with personalized, continuous care.
• Acute illness care includes treatment for infections, respiratory issues, UTIs, digestive problems, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Chronic disease management covers conditions like hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, thyroid, and heart disease.
• We also manage arthritis, autoimmune conditions, obesity, and metabolic syndrome with ongoing monitoring and support.
• Preventive care includes annual exams, vaccinations, health screenings, lifestyle counseling, mental health support, and weight management programs.

Other Services
• We also provide minor office procedures including treatment of minor cuts with sutures, incision and drainage of abscesses, and ear lavage for wax removal.
• Rapid diagnostic testing is available for COVID-19, Influenza A & B, and Strep throat for quick and accurate results.
• We offer pregnancy testing through both urine and blood testing for early and reliable detection.
• Additional in-office testing includes fecal occult blood tests for gastrointestinal screening.
